4. Intellectual Property

The Nyvius QRGen platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Nyvius. You retain ownership of the content you link through your QR codes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your QR code data as necessary to provide the Service.

5. QR Code Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content your QR codes link to. Nyvius does not monitor or endorse the destinations of QR codes created through the platform. We reserve the right to disable QR codes that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyvius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your QR codes will be deactivated and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
